The application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 32 days in preferring the appeal against the order of the learned Master passed in A.No.2240/2022 in A.No.217 of 2021 in E.P.(DR).No.6411 of 2021.

2. In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that on 08.07.2022, when the order was passed, the deponent of the affidavit and the learned counsel reached the Court with slight delay due to traffic and when they entered the Court of the learned Master, they found that the application had been allowed.

3. It had been stated that in filing the present appeal, there was a delay and it is stated that there are merits to be agitated and therefore the delay should be condoned.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the respondent also.

5. In view of the reasons stated, the delay is condoned. Application stands allowed.
