3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, certain allegations have been made against the respondents 1 and 3 and therefore, he objects for allowing this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
