The parties were referred to the Mediation Centre attached to this Court and on 06.10.2025, the parties have reached a settlement agreement which has been reduced to writing and the same is signed by the parties along with their counsel.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the parties seek recording the said settlement agreement dated 06.10.2025 and suitable orders to be passed in the revision petition.

3. I find that the settlement agreement has covered all areas of dispute between the petitioner and the respondent and the parties have also agreed to file mutual consent divorce petition in accordance with law before the competent Court. The claims regarding maintenance and property settlement have also been effected in the said settlement agreement.

4. In the light of the above, I am inclined to accept the said 2/4

settlement agreement dated 06.10.2025 and this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the said settlement agreement. The terms of the settlement agreement shall form part and parcel of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
