W.P.No.22298 of 2023, W.M.P.No.21688 of 2023 in W.P.No.22301 of 2023 and W.M.P.No.2168 3 of 2023 in W.P.No.22295 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that despite repeated requests made by the appellants, the learned Judge adjourned the matter to 26.09.2023 without considering the interim applications, which is the only reason to file the present writ appeals.

3. In principle, we are not inclined to entertain these writ appeals, but, on the other hand, we request the learned Judge to take up the writ petitions on 26.09.2023 and decide the interim applications on merits.
