PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the third respondent in his proceedings Ku.No.379/Vu.Ni.A/Ni.Pi./Vu2/2010, dated 20-12-2010, in so far as imposition of punishment of stoppage of increment for a period of three months without cumulative effect, which confirmed by the first respondent in ref.No.064791/519/G.5/G.52/2013-4 dated 10.02.2015and quash the same in so far as imposition of punishment of stoppage of increment for a period of three months without cumulative effect on the petitioner and consequently, direct the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Foreman by including his name in the next immediate panel for promotion as Foreman. For Petitioner :

ORDER

The Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
