Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of Interim stay of all further proceedings of the order passed by the Third Respondent in his Proceedings KU.NO 379/VU.NIA//NI.PI/VU2/2010 dated 20.12.2010 in so far as Impostion of Punishment of stoppage of incrmenet for a period of three months without cumulative effect, which confirmed by the First Respondent in ref.no 064791/519/G5/G52/2013-14 dated 10.2.2015 (WMP.No.28313/2019) pending disposal of Writ Petition No.28569/2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of D.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Since the interim relief sought for in the Miscellaneous Petition and the main relief sought for in the main Writ Petition are one and the same, this Court is not inclined to grant interim injunction sought for by the petitioner. Accordingly, the W.M.P. is dismissed.
