2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the petitioners were accused in Crime No.879 of 2015 and they were acquitted during trial. Now, the police are only monitoring their activities.

4. Under such circumstance, the respondent police is directed to maintain surveillance on the petitioners and as and when they are called for enquiry, the petitioners shall appear before the police. During enquiry, they shall not be harassed.
