Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.9181 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.815 of 2018 dated 18.07.2019 the petitioners/appellant shall stay at Villupuram and report before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SANKARASUBBU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking relaxation of condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9181 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.915 of 2018 dated 18.07.2019, the present petition has been filed.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition without any violation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In such view of the matter, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.9181 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.915 of 2018 dated 18.07.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court once in a month on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
