W.P.No.2731 of 2016 is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.12.2015 for reduction of kist amount due to the heavy rain and flood in respect of Arrack Shop No.21 (M) Chettipet of Mannadipet Commune.

C O M M O N O R D E R When the matter is taken up for hearing, a representation has been made on behalf of Mr.A.Tamilvanan, learned Government Advocate stating that the petitioner had paid the entire amount of Rs.8,58,515/- and therefore, the respondents have dropped the action taken under the order dated 23.01.2016 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in these Writ Petitions.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that the petitioner had paid the entire amount and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in these Writ Petitions.
3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, both the Writ Petitions are closed as nothing survives for adjudication. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
