Respondents Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section25(1) of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent) Control Act 18 of 1960 to set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 19.07.2019 on the file of the VIII Judge, Small Causes Court in RCA No.860 of 2018, confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 26.10.2018 made in RCOP No.1218 of 2018 on the file of the XII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai. ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the Judgment and Decree dated 19.07.2019 made in RCA No.860 of 2018 on 1/5

the file of the VIII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, thereby confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 26.10.2018 made in RCOP No.1218 of 2018 on the file of the XII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, thereby ordering eviction on the ground of wilful default.

2. The revision petitioner is the tenant and the respondents are the landlords. The respondents filed a petition for eviction on the ground of wilful default and the same was ordered by an order dated 26.10.2018. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred an appeal. The learned Rent Control Appellate Authority, has also dismissed the appeal and the order passed by the learned Rent Controller was confirmed. Aggrieved by the same, the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the petitioner vacated the petition premises and hand over vacant possession to the respondent herein. Therefore, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.
