WMP.No.24159 of 2019 in W.P.No.18608 of 2013 T.S.SIVAGNANAM.J This petition has been filed to substitute the respondents 5 and 6 herein being the legal heirs of deceased 3rd respondent namely P.K.Thangavelsamy in the above writ petition and array them as respondents 5 and 6 in the above writ petition.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The learned counsel for respondent does not oppose the relief sought for in this petition.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is allowed as prayed for.
