The petition has been filed taking advantage of Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, seeking Succession Certificate with respect to the securities of P.V.Ponnappan, who was the husband of the 1st petitioner and father of the 2nd and 3rd petitioners and who had unfortunately died on 02.04.2012.

2. The securities claimed have been detailed in the schedule to the petition.

3. Publication was effected.

4. The 1st petitioner was examined as P.W.1. The Death Certificate of P.V.Ponnappan, was marked as Ex.P1. Statement with respect to the securities were marked as Ex.P2. The consent affidavits of the 2nd and 3rd petitioners were marked as Exs.P3 and P4. The legal heir ship Certificate was marked as Ex.P6.
