2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

Mr.A.Palaniappan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment. Post the matter on 05.06.2024.
