The petition in C.M.P.No.18468 of 2023 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 3rd appellant in the above first appeal. The petition in C.M.P.No.18467 of 2023 is filed to bring the respondents 29 to 32 herein on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd appellant in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant. Mr.T.S.Baskaran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 29 to 32 has no objections in allowing these petitions.
