These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 2181 days in filing the petition; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 7th respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 7th respondent and rank them as the respondents 31 and 33 in the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions and since the respondents have given no objection in allowing these petitions, these petitions are ordered. 4.The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
