3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the order passed by this Court on 15.07.2025, in Para 4, the date of settlement of Terminal benefits to the petitioner is wrongly mentioned as 10.05.2023 instead of 10.03.2025 and prays to rectify the same in the order.

4. While referring about the date of settlement of retirement benefits, in the affidavit filed by the petitioner in Para No.3, it has been mentioned as 10.03.2025. Hence, the Registry is directed to issue fresh copy by substituting the date as 10.03.2025 instead of 10.05.2023 in Para 4. 01.08.2025 lbm https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
