Earlier, this Court by an order dated 19.04.2021 in W.P.No.9595 of 2021 directed the 2nd respondent therein to consider the petitioner's application dated 27.03.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P. No.1724 of 2021 accordance with law within a period of eight weeks. Since the order was not complied within a stipulated period, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent submitted that, in pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent Tahsildar had passed the order and the same was also communicated to the petitioner. Hence, this Contempt Petition may be closed.

3. Recording the above submissions, the order passed by this Court is duly complied with. Hence, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
