The learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, 2012, Vellore has sought further time to complete the trial in Special S.C. No.113 of 2021 through a letter dated 15.11.2023.

2. Considering the request made by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, 2012, Vellore, this Court without going into the merits of the case, grants a further time of three months to continue and complete the trial in Special S.C.No.113 of 2021 from today.
