ORDER

The revision petitioner seeks a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif Court (Rent Court), Alandur to dispose R.L.T.O.P.No.85 of 2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made by the revision petitioner, 1/4

this Court is inclined to dispose the present civil revision petition, even without notice to the respondent.

3. The perusal of the docket entry filed in the typed-set of papers would suggest that the revision petitioner had filed application in R.L.T.O.P.No.85 of 2021 before the Rent Court on 22.04.2021 to evict the respondent and handover vacant possession of the schedule mentioned premises to the petitioner on the ground of failure of the parties to enter into rental agreement and also on the ground of default in payment and own use occupation. Subsequently, it was taken on record on November, 2021. Thereafter, it has been adjourned from time to time for filing counter. On 19.04.2022, the respondent was set exparte for his failure to file counter. Subsequently, the petition to set aide the exparte order was filed by the respondent and the same had been allowed.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur to dispose R.L.T.O.P.No.85 of 2021, within a period of four months from the 2/4

date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
