The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 16.10.2021 made by the petitioner herein within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner belong to Hindu Malayali Schedule Tribe Community and her community certificate was verified by the State Level Scrutiny Committee and was declared genuine vide proceedings dated 30.03.2021. The petitioner made representation dated 16.10.2021 along with the application for obtaining community certificate for her daughter and since the same was not considered, has filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2021 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that appropriate orders will be passed on the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2021 within the time frame that is to be stipulated by this Court. 5.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, issues direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2021 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
