A.No.4105 of 2021 in C.S.No.642 of 2019 (Comm.Suits) N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ., This application has been filed for striking off some of the portions in the pleadings contained in the written statement at paragraph Nos. 3(b), 3(c), 3(d) and 3(g).

2. Heard Ms.R.Ramya, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.R.Balachandran, learned counsel for respondents.

3. In the considered view of this Court, the averments that have been called into question are bald averments which are not supported with necessary facts. In any case, these averments will not be relevant while determining the defence that has been taken by the first defendant in the written statement. On the face of it, the allegations made in the above paragraphs are unnecessary, frivolous and harsh and it will certainly embarrass the plaintiff.
