The present Application has been filed to condone the delay of 29 days in filing the written statement of the applicant/ 4th defendant and adoption memo filed by the second and third defendants in the above captioned suit.

2. Mr. M.Purushothaman, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present Application.

4.Considering the averments, made in the affidavit filed in support of this Application and also taking into account that the learned counsel for the first respondent has no objection in allowing the present Application and being satisfied with the same, the present Application is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
