This petition is filed to condone the delay of 222 days in paying deficit Court fee for a sum of Rs.51,805/- in C.M.A.SR.No.19691 of 2020 filed on 13.02.2020 against the award dated 18.09.2019 made in M.C.O.P.No.363 of 2015 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, III Additional District and Sessions Court, Gobichettipalayam, Erode District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 222 days is condoned and this petition is ordered.
