W.M.P. No.6829 of 2019 The Petitioner and Second to Seventh Respondents have filed separate but similar affidavits agreeing to conduct Pooja in the Temple under the supervision of the Jurisdictional Assistant Commissioner, Hindu Religious Endowments Department, Government of Tamil Nadu who has been impleaded today as Ninth Respondent in the Writ Petition. 2.

In view of the aforesaid agreement between the parties, the Ninth Respondent shall supervise the Pooja conducted in the Temple as per the rites and customs followed by the parties. It is also agreed by the Petitioner and the Second to Seventh Respondents shall not claim any pre-rogative rights. The said festival shall be fully videographed at the cost shall be borne by the Petitioner and Second to Seventh Respondents in equal shares in advance and the report of the same shall be filed by the Ninth Respondent before this Court on the next hearing. Post the matter on 21.10.2019.
