This petition is filed to condone the representation delay of 181 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment and Decree dated 18.09.2019 made in M.C.O.P.No.363 of 2015 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, III Additional District and Sessions Court, Gobichettipalayam, Erode District.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 181 days is condoned and this petition is ordered.
