Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records in relating to impugned order passed by the respondent in M.C.No.341/2013 dated 30.09.2013 and quash the same.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the Writ Petition for issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to impugned order passed by the respondent in M.C.No.341/2013 dated 30.09.2013 and quash the same.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order of the respondent passed under Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code, preventing the petitioner from entering into the South Sub-Division (Bahour and Villianur Taluk Region), Puducherry for a period of two months.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent that the said period had already expired and hence the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In the light of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
