O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the Court below to permit the petitioner / victim to make oral arguments in S.C No.134 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the victim in this case and he had already filed an application under Section 301 of Cr.P.C to assist the prosecution and the same was also allowed by the Court below. Now, the trial has been completed and the case is at the stage of final arguments. The petitioner has also submitted the written arguments before the Court. The petitioner also wants to make his oral arguments by confining himself to the points raised in the written arguments.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the case and the fact that the petitioner has already been permitted to assist the prosecution in this case, the Court below shall permit the petitioner to make his oral arguments by confining to the points raised in the written arguments by referring to the evidence that has already been recorded / marked in the case. It is made clear that the petitioner cannot take too much time of the Court in the name of oral arguments and he shall finish his arguments within a reasonable time fixed by the Court.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above direction.
