The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to conduct proper enquiry on the complaint made by the petitioner on 18.06.2025 and take further action.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents and perused the materials available on record.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, submitted that on receipt of the complaint dated 18.06.2025, the respondents-Police have called the petitioner for enquiry and during the enquiry, the petitioner has not produced any relevant documents to substantiate his complaint against one Madhan. Therefore, the second respondent-Police sent a letter dated 15.07.2025 to the petitioner stating that if the petitioner produces the relevant documents to substantiate his complaint, proper action will be taken on his complaint.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also taking note of the above submissions made on either side, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to extend his fullest co-operation for conducting enquiry on his complaint. The respondents-Police are also directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.06.2025 and proceed with the complaint further in accordance with law. 16.07.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes/No ms To
