Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the earlier order dated 13.12.2023, without fail, from 08.01.2024 till 12.08.2024; that the investigation was completed; and that the case was committed to Sessions Court in S.C.No.600 of 2023.
2. In view of the above submission made by him, considering the facts that the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail, the completion of the investigation, and also taking into consideration that the case is also committed and it is pending before the concerned Session Court for trial, this Court is inclined to relax the condition in paragraph 7(b) imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27871 of 2023 dated 13.12.2023.
3. In all other aspects, the order dated 13.12.2023 shall remain unaltered.
4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered, and the condition in paragraph 7(b) imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27871 of 2023 dated 13.12.2023 is totally relaxed.
