Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.14/2018/Po.Vi.Thi.2, dated 28.06.2018 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service along with backwages, attendant benefits and other monetary benefits to the petitioner.
