Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records of the second respondent herein in C3/D.O.No.47/2022 dated 22.08.2022, quash the same and direct the third respondent herein to produce the body of the detenue, Mr.Arulmozhi, son of Annamalai, aged 42 years, detained as Bootlegger and confined in Central Prison, Vellore before this Court and set him at liberty. 2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 28.09.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.6414, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
