Heard both sides. It is seen from the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition that the petitioner has already filed a Writ petition before this Court in WP No. 29122 of 2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to consider the representation submitted on 27.07.2016 and promote him to the post of Licence Inspector by relaxing the educational qualifications by including his name in the promotion panel prepared by the respondents. The said writ petition is pending. During the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition on the ground that a panel itself has been drawn in which his name was not included. If it is so, it is for the petitioner to submit his objection to the panel or he can ventilate his grievance in the earlier writ petition filed by him which is pending before this Court. In such view of the matter, this Writ Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy in the pending WP No. 29122 of 2016 filed by him. No costs.
