ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following relief:

''To issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records of the second respondent by his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.10986/2010/14, dated 13.01.2012 and quash the same''.

2. During the pendency of the writ petition, the fifth respondent has issued proceedings dated 24.09.2013, in which, it is stated that the loan obtained by the petitioner had been repaid in full and she had not received any subsidy or rebate in interest in respect of the loan in question. According to the communication, the loan amount has been completely settled with interest and therefore the prayer as sought for in this writ petition does not survive for consideration. In view of the subsequent development during the pendency of the writ petition, nothing survives for consideration. Therefore, the writ petition is closed as having become infructuous.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

3. It is made clear that any action taken in respect of the loan obtained by the petitioner, which is the subject matter of the present writ petition, is directed to be closed forthwith as the entire issue has been given quietus by repayment of the loan by the petitioner with interest and she had not availed either the subsidy or rebate in the interest.
