ORDER

Challenging the order dated 03.08.2024 passed in I.A.No.20 of 2024 in O.P.No.1320 of 2023 by the learned III Additional Principal Judge, Chennai, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

2. After hearing extensive arguments on the amendment application, Mrs.Sudharshana Sundar, who appears for the respondent pleads that the respondent Page No.1 of 4

will proceed with the divorce petition as it stands. She requests permission of this Court to withdraw the Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.20 of 2024 in O.P.No.1320 of 2023.

3. Ms.S.P.Arthi has no objection, if the respondent withdraws the application for amendment.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent as well as the party, who is present in the Court, have made an endorsement in the bundle stating they are withdrawing the I.A.No.20 of 2024.

5. Permission is granted. Since the I.A.No.20 of 2024 is withdrawn, the order of the learned III Additional Principal Judge, Chennai, dated 03.08.2024 in I.A.No.20 of 2024 in O.P.No.1320 of 2023 is set aside. This Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
