O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2021.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application to the 3rd respondent for free agricultural electricity service connection to the his land. Since, the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners

application dated 18.10.2021 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's application will be considered in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 18.10.2021 on merits and in accordance with law within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
