This application has been filed to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the petition to set aside the order of dismissal dated 29.07.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petition. There was no appearance on behalf of the respondent.

3..Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same and also considering the fact that the Court notice on the respondent have been recorded to be served and his name is also printed in the cause list would show that there is no diligency on the side of the respondent. In such view of the matter, the delay of 11 days is condoned and the above captioned application is ordered as prayed for.
