ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2021 within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.L.P.Balajiram, learned counsel appearing for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 31.07.2021 to cancel the patta issued in favour of the unknown persons and issue a separate patta in favour of the petitioner.

3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
