O R D E R

This petition has been filed challenging the dismissal of the application filed by the petitioners seeking for relaxation of condition imposed by the Court below while granting Anticipatory Bail to the petitioners.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am until further orders, is modified to the extent of the petitioners shall be present before the respondent police as and when required in the course of investigation. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
