This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.93 of 2025 pending on the file of the respondent police. 1/3

Today, when the matter is called for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that in this matter investigation completed and charge sheet also filed on 24.06.2025 through e-filing before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
