ORDER

2. Heard Mr.K.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that survey was conducted in December, 2021 and the Chicken Farm is not in the premises of the school. It is beyond the school premises.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the Chicken Farm is causing pollution.

5. The Pollution Control Board is not a party in the present writ petition.

6. If a complaint is made by the petitioner, the authority shall look into the said complaint on its own merits.

7. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
