This petition has been filed to amend the prayer of the writ petition as ''Issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction in the nature of a Writ, calling for the records of the 1st Respondent in respect of the order contained in G.O.(D).No.80 dated 16.02.2022 passed by the first respondent in the appeal filed by the petitioner challenging the order contained in Na.Ka.No.3898L1/2015 dated 03.07.2015 passed by the 2nd Respondent and consequently direct the Respondents to consider the petitioner for all further promotions and benefits as per law and pass any such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

''Instead of As ''Issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction in the nature of a Writ, Calling for the records of the 2nd Respondent in respect of the impugned order contained in Na.Ka.No.3898-L1/2015 dated 03.07.2015 passed by the 2nd Respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to consider the petitioner for all further promotions and benefits as per law and pass any such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.''
