WMP.No.23596 of 2022 in WP.No.23355 of 2022 S.S.SUNDAR .J., This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondent by name Arul, who is a son of one Marappan under whom the petitioner claims title to the property in issue. The proposed respondent has already filed a suit regarding the disputed property.

Hence, this Court is of the view that the fifth respondent is a necessary party. Therefore, this petition is ordered.

2. Notice to the proposed respondent returnable by three weeks. Private Notice is also permitted.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the main Writ Petition after three weeks.
