This miscellaneous petition has been filed praying to grant further extension of time from 23.09.2022 till the end of December 2022.

2. While dismissing the above revision applications filed by the petitioner, this Court extended time to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the petition premises to the landlord for further period of three months from the date of the order i.e. 24.06.2022. However, now the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time to vacate and hand over the petition premises to the landlord. He also filed an affidavit in support of his petition and undertook to vacate the premises at the end of December, 2022.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent also submitted if the petitioner has filed an affidavit to that extent and undertook to vacate the premises before the end of December, 2022, it may be considered.

4. Considering the above submission, the time granted by this Court in Rev.Appln.Nos.83, 97 and 98 of 2022 and CMP.No.7252 of 2022 dated

24.06.2022 to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the petition premises to the landlord is extended for a further period till 15.12.2022.

5. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is allowed. 22.09.2022 lok
