3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall forfeit the interest for the delay period in the event of enhancement of compensation by this Court.
