The petitioner/son of P.Dharmi Chand who died intestate on 22.08.2009, seeks succession certificate relating to the shares in the name of his father, P.Dharmi Chand.

The mother of the petitioner died on 20.04.2021. The two respondents are the sisters of the petitioner. They had filed affidavits stating that they have no objection.

During evidence, the petitioner was examined as P.W.1 and he marked the death certificates of his two parents as Exs.P1 and P3 and legal heir certificate of his father as Ex.P2. The documents relating to the shares were marked as Exs.P4 and P5.

Taking all the factors into consideration, the petition stands allowed and succession certificate to be issued in favour of the petitioner in accordance with rules.
