This petition has been filed by the petitioner to to call for the records pertaining to the S.T.C.No.63/2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fasttrack), Thiruthiraipoondi and quash the same.

2. Today, when this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner who is an accused in S.T.C.No.63 of 2020,on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fasttrack), Thiruthiraipoondi, against whom the respondent has filed private complaint under Sections 138 and 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act (Amendment Act 55/02) and Section 357 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 had passed away and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
