This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 140 days in paying deficit court fee of Rs.1,000/- in the above appeal.

2.Mr.V.Vijayarajan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/caveator submitted that he has no objection for condoning the delay.

3.In view of the no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondent/caveator, the delay of 140 days is condoned and this C.M.P. is ordered.
