The Petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the Respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 465, 468 & 471 of IPC in Crime No.181 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 12.07.2023, an individual identified as Adithya Kalvakota (A1) fraudulently attempted to obtain U.S.Non immigrant F1 (Student) visa. During interview with Consulate officials, A1 admitted that he had submitted fraudulent educational certificates and employment documents by the Petitioner company. His friend (A2) is the owner of the company viz., Stoned Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, which had provided him the fraudulent employment documents in his name. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that A1 with some false intention made some fake educational certificates and other documents which were required for applying foreign visa. A1 was already arrested and granted bail. The Petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with the above offences as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, the learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the 1/ 3

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the Respondent would submit that the matter is under investigation and he is vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. 5.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 6.After perusing the records, I find that based upon the confession statement given by A1, it appears that this Petitioner has issued employment letter so as to enable A1 to get U.S. Non immigrant F1 (Student) visa. The matter is under investigation. Whether this Petitioner is involved in any other offence and how much fake educational certificates and employment offer letters have been issued by the Petitioner, has to be investigated and hence personal interrogation of the Petitioner is essential in this matter. 7.In fine, this Petition is dismissed.
