for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the entire records relating to the petitioner's husband detention under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 vide detention order, dated 22.08.2022 on the file the second respondent herein made in proceedings Memo C.M.P.No.89/Goonda/Salem City/2022, quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's husband namely, Selvamani @ Sella, S/o.Annamalai, aged 29 years before this Hon'ble High Court and set the petitioner's husband at liberty from detention, now the petitioner's husband detained at Central Prison, Salem.

2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 27.09.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.6371 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
