O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the entire records relating to DVOP No. 46 of 2016 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (Magisterial Level) Salem and quash the same.

2. Heard Mr. D.Shivakumaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. By an order of this Court dated 13.07.2017, parties were referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and after deliberations, they have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and entered into Joint Memo of Compromise. 4. In view of the amicable settlement between parties, the proceedings in DVOP No. 46 of 2016 pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (Magisterial Level), Salem is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.

The Joint Memo of Compromise dated 14.11.2017 shall form part of the order.
